FIGat7th is an open-air shopping mall and entertainment space in the Financial District of Downtown Los Angeles on the intersection of Figueroa and 7th Street between the Ernst and Young Plaza and the 777 Tower skyscraper. It is a mixed-use building owned by Brookfield Properties with various levels (two underground floors), a dynamic mix of national retailers such as Target, H&M and Nordstrom Rack, the TASTE Food Hall and outdoor plaza areas where people can gather. It was inaugurated in April 1986 as the Seventh Market Place, an indoor mall, a part of the Citicorp Plaza project. It was re-branded by the Gensler architecture firm to become the open-air figat7th, which officially reopened in 2012 to better serve the growing residential community in the downtown.
